First, the Frustration Free packaging is excellent. Everything should be packaged this way.
Second, the device charged quickly and paired immediately with my phone. It is simple and easy to operate.
Third, the earpiece part of the device hurt my ears. It comes with a round and oval shaped earpiece, and both were very uncomfortable. I have really small ears though so that probably has something to do with it.
Forth, when I placed a call I could hear perfectly fine. The volume setting is easy to use and has a wide range of volumes.
Fifth, the people I tried to call could not hear a word I was saying, and complained of static and the breaking up you hear when reception is really bad.
I read a lot of reviews before I purchased a Bluetooth headset, and the H695 had favorable reviews across the board. This leads me to think that mine was defective, so I returned it. I am going to look for a different model that is more comfortable in my ear.

I just received the motorola h695 and it works great. I highly recommend this bluetooth. It has adjustable volume and the other person can’t tell the difference from me talking through the bluetooth or phone itself. It also fits comfortably on the ear. I might just buy a second one for a replacement if i happen to break mine.

Not a bad earpiece and I certainly am no expert on them. At $17 it was a good price. I had a $12 Jabra that was clearer and I really don’t like the added charger boot. It’s just something else that’s easily lost. These are hard enough to keep ahold of without any added pieces. My next earpiece will be a Jabra.

The headset is GREAT and had an AWESOME price tag to it. I purchased a Motorola H690 for $79.99 and it last for about a year when it went out on me, so I did not want to pay that price ever again for a bluetooth so I found the Motorola H695.

I had to buy a cost-effective replacement when my HD680 got washed with the laundry, and I must say this fill the bill nicely. yes, the charging system is hokey, but the voice quality seems comparable to my 680 and the price makes it all worth it. It was cheap enough to buy a second unit for my wife. But she refuses to wear it because it is bulkier than the 680 and sits more prominently on the ear (hence the 4 stars vice 5). The pictures don’t really show the difference, but it is noticeably thicker than the 680. Buy as long as the price remains around 20 dollars.
