Well after 2 days of emailing and calling manufacturer for help and getting not a answer on either I returned this piece of junk thru amazon who like usuall are excellant on returns.
Scooter itself is horror show to put together out of box-parts all over the place, screw strip when adjusted-tools given are useless etc etc. Battery didnt hold charge for more than 10 minutes,tried everything listed and again zero customer support.
Dont buy it or you will be sorry!

We got this for my 9 year old. It is the second one we bought for our children. It is a great scooter. It has good speed, a wide deck, and durable. It takes a bit to get used to the brake but other than that it is perfect. She zips around the neighborhood, around the lake and can keep up with me on my runs. Love it!

This is a great scooter for getting around the campus and down to the store and back. It seems strong and sturdy and runs great.
I does have a little trouble getting up the mountain, but I can coast down and save the battery.
I have noticed that it shuts off sometimes when going over speed bumps or something for reasons unknown to me, but I just turn the switch off and back on again and it takes right off. Sometimes this is an inconvience, but it is still a great schooter. I would certainly buy another and another.

The eZip 500 electronic scooter was a surprise birthday present for my grandson. He asked for this scooter for months and was so pleased and speechless when he finally got it. An excellent motor scooter for the older (teenage) child. Process used and service given was excellent !!!

Got this scooter for our 13 year old daughter. She loves it and rides almost every day. It was pretty easy to assemble also. She’s had it about a month and so far, no problems.
